Pakistan weightlifter, KHURRAM Shahjad won his first Gold and countries second gold in 11th SAG. He won in under 85 kg weightlifting.

Compound teams wins three Bronze medals in World Archery 2013 Youth Championships

Indian Compound Junior Men’s Team Won BRONZE medal after defeating Great Britain by 229-222. Indian team comprise of Rajat CHAUHAN, Jignas CHITTIBOMMA and Sudhakar Kumar PASWAN .  Earlier India lost to Mexico in close fight by 231 – 233. Indian Compound Junior Women’s Team won BRONZE medal after defeating Mexico by 223-214  in bronze medal match. Indian team comprise of Jyothi Surekha VENNAM, Jayalakshmi SARIKONDA and Swati DUDHWAL.
